Leading, managing, and growing a digital agency was a challenging and enriching journey. Founded in 2009 and active until 2018, the agency was a full-service digital agency. Throughout its operation, I wore many hats: sales, project management, design, development, marketing, and consulting. I managed a team of 3-5 people, worked with clients from various industries and sizes, and oversaw finances and operations.

Market Positioning

The agency positioned itself as a mid-priced option, targeting small to medium-sized businesses. Our aim was always to deliver high-quality work at a fair price, balancing quality, time, and budget.
