Requirements
- Development of a mobile application that connects users with service providers in their area
- The app allows users to find service providers in real-time
- The app must be available on both iOS and Android platforms
Later on, during the development phase, the following requirements were added:
- Users must be able to easily convert into service providers and vice versa at any time and anywhere
- Application must be able to scale so that service providers can add more people to their team and manage they work
MVP
The MVP was designed to be a simple app, almost totally excluding the design aspect and fully focusing on delivering the core functionality required for the app to function properly. Everything that did not support the core functionality was removed, resulting in a streamlined and efficient product. The MVP included the following features:
- User registration, login, password recovery
- Service provider onboarding
- Real-time of availability of service providers
- Location-based search
- Chat between users and service providers
- Full service delivery flow
